Any user found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed and any remaining balance returned to the original deposit source.
Services are available exclusively to residents of Indonesia. You must provide a valid Indonesian address and possess a valid Indonesian identity card (KTP). Users attempting to access aset99 from outside Indonesia or providing false residency information will have their accounts suspended and funds forfeited in accordance with our anti-fraud policies.
To register an account on aset99, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your KTP, valid Indonesian mobile phone number, email address, date of birth, and residential address. You may only register one account per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify aset99 customer support. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access if you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
The following categories of individuals are prohibited from using aset99 services: persons under 21 years of age; residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly illegal; employees of aset99 or their immediate family members; professional gamblers or individuals employed in the gambling industry who may have unfair advantages; individuals previously banned from aset99 for terms violations; and individuals with gambling addiction or participating in self-exclusion programs with other operators.

E-wallet deposits are typically processed instantly at all times. aset99 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your aset99 account originate from legitimate sources and are your own property. You must not deposit funds obtained through illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, or any criminal conduct. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits exceeding Rp 50,000,000 or for accounts showing suspicious deposit patterns.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to Indonesian bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your legal name matching your verified KTP. You may only withdraw to payment methods previously used for deposits to your aset99 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited for anti-money-laundering compliance.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal amounts are Rp 100,000,000 per transaction for bank transfers and Rp 20,000,000 per transaction for e-wallets. Daily withdrawal limits are Rp 200,000,000, with higher limits available for VIP members. You may request multiple withdrawals per day provided you remain within daily limits.
Standard withdrawals are processed within 1 to 24 hours after approval. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000 require additional verification and may take up to 72 hours to process. Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification including submission of a clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian identity card (KTP). Withdrawals initiated on weekends or Indonesian public holidays may experience processing delays due to banking system availability.
All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover requirement) before withdrawal is permitted. This requirement applies to both deposits and any associated bonus funds. If you attempt to withdraw without meeting minimum wagering requirements, aset99 reserves the right to deduct processing fees of up to 5% of the withdrawal amount or require completion of wagering before approval.
Before processing your first withdrawal, aset99 requires verification of your identity through submission of your Indonesian identity card (KTP). The KTP photograph or scan must clearly show your full name, photograph, date of birth, and card number. Additional documents such as proof of address or proof of payment method ownership may be requested for enhanced due diligence. Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days will result in account suspension.
Bonuses and promotions offered by aset99 are available exclusively to eligible users who meet specific criteria defined in each promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are limited to one per user, household, IP address, and payment method. Bonus abuse including but not limited to multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or colluding with other players will result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called rollover or playthrough requirements) before withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary by promotion but typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered Rp 30,000,000 before the bonus and any associated winnings become withdrawable. Only real-money wagers count toward wagering requirements; bonus funds used for betting contribute to wagering at rates specified in each promotion's terms.
Different game types contribute at different rates toward bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager toward wagering. Live casino games such as baccarat, roulette, and blackjack typically contribute 10-20% per wager. Sports betting contributions vary by odds: bets with odds below 1.50 typically contribute 50%, while bets with odds above 1.50 contribute 100%. During self-exclusion, your account will be blocked from all gaming activities including deposits, betting, and withdrawals of new winnings. Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits through their account settings under responsible gaming tools. The following activities are strictly prohibited on aset99 and will result in account suspension or termination: creating multiple accounts; providing false or fraudulent information during registration or verification; using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities; colluding with other players to gain unfair advantages; using automated betting software, bots, or scripts; exploiting software errors or game malfunctions for profit; engaging in arbitrage betting across multiple operators; abusing bonuses through coordinated multi-accounting or wagering patterns; attempting to reverse or cancel completed transactions through chargebacks; and harassing or threatening other users or customer support staff.
aset99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at our sole discretion if we reasonably believe that the user has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in prohibited activities, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, any remaining account balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings from bonus abuse or fraudulent activity) will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees or amounts owed to aset99.
We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violations of these Terms and Conditions, including by reviewing account activity, betting patterns, IP addresses, device fingerprints, and payment method usage. During investigations, accounts may be temporarily suspended, and withdrawals may be delayed until the investigation is completed. Users must cooperate with investigations by providing requested information and documentation within reasonable timeframes.
